Spend Saturday morning at the beach! Pasas Properties is hosting a beach clean-up day in Ocean Beach this Saturday May 13th, from 9-11am. Meet at the grassy area north of the Ocean Beach Pier parking lot. We will supply bagels, coffee, a re-usable grocery bag and supplies for trash collection. San Diego home prices still on the rise

The latest Core Logic real estate tracker report notes that San Diego County home prices are still rising. They reported that the median home price in October 2016 exceeded $500,000 for the first time in ten years. The median price for a San Diego County home hit $507,500, up 11 percent from a year ago.
