2015 Rental Market Report

Rent.com just released it’s annual market report citing research done on hundreds of property managers, thousands of rental properties, and hundreds of thousands of rental units across the country.  As you might imagine, the rental market is very strong right now (vacancy rates are at their lowest in almost 20 years).  There are plenty of prospective tenants and rents are strong.
