If you haven’t noticed, pets are everywhere these days.  A recent study found that 81% of people spent the same amount of money on their pet, despite fluctuations in the economy.  The trend of pet ownership is here to stay.  Many landlords and property managers are rethinking their pet policies to accommodate the changing members of the American family.
