The National Multifamily Housing Council recently completed a report asking renters what amenities were most important to them. A specific San Diego report asked 1,810 renters that question. So here is what they are looking for:
1. Ability to use the internet to pay rent.
2. Ability to use Internet tools for both rent payment and landlord communications.
3. In-unit washer and dryer.
4. Pet friendly homes.
5. Walkable location.
