Home prices in San Diego County have been rising over the spring, and inventory remains low.  Here is a collection of articles and data that discuss home prices.

From the San Diego County Association of Realtors (SDAR):  In April, single-family home sales volume was up 8% over March and prices increased as well.  Attached home sales volume was up 4% over the prior month as well.  There is also a video of May’s “The Scoop” that provides further information about the current state of the market. A recent article in the UT San Diego shows that from February 2014 to February 2015, home prices rose almost 5%.
