December housing sales in Southern California

It was a great time to be a homeowner in 2020. Most housing analysts predict it will be even better at the end of 2021. A study by DQNews/CoreLogic of closed transactions showed prices and sales were up throughout SoCal in 2020. The median home price in San Diego County blew past the previous record to hit an all-time high of $634,000 in July.
