Spend Saturday morning at the beach! Pasas Properties is hosting a beach clean-up day in Ocean Beach this Saturday May 13th, from 9-11am. Meet at the grassy area north of the Ocean Beach Pier parking lot. We will supply bagels, coffee, a re-usable grocery bag and supplies for trash collection. The latest Core Logic real estate tracker report notes that San Diego County home prices are still rising. They reported that the median home price in October 2016 exceeded $500,000 for the first time in ten years. The median price for a San Diego County home hit $507,500, up 11 percent from a year ago. The San Diego Union Tribune is reporting that the San Diego County median home price dropped to $495,000 in September, a drop from August but still strong for a time of year that is typically slow. The August median home price reached $498,000. The paper also reported that sales were also down in September but still high for this time of year. To read the complete article, please click here.
