There’s a controversy brewing in Point Loma over development of a cliff side parcel of land overlooking San Diego Bay. Chris Anderson, the 2015 president of the San Diego Association of Realtors, spoke recently about the state of the market heading into 2015. She said the market is stable and strong, and on a solid foundation moving forward. Anderson suspects that interest rates will creep up and suggests that now is the time to purchase a home.
