December housing sales in Southern California

It was a great time to be a homeowner in 2020. Most housing analysts predict it will be even better at the end of 2021. A study by DQNews/CoreLogic of closed transactions showed prices and sales were up throughout SoCal in 2020. SoCal home prices soar again in October
