A recent article at PropertyManager.com notes that having the right staff members is the basis of a good resident retention strategy.  Residents who like staff members are more likely to renew their lease year over year.  From Multifamily Executive magazine–“the more stable the staff, the more people residents become comfortable with, and the more likely they will be to stay.”
